So, you’re a comic book creator, you’re in Chicago for C2E2 2024, and you have some free time on your hands — what do you want to do with it?
Popverse’s very own Ashley Victoria Robinson asked a group of creators tabling in Artist Alley at this year’s event at McCormick Place — running April 26 through April 28 — what their favorite thing to do is when they’re in Chicago. No less than Gene Ha (Mae, Wonder Woman Historia), Cully Hamner (Blue Beetle, Black Lightning), Jarrett Melendez (Chef's Kiss, My Pokemon Baking Book), Rachael Stott (Doctor Who, X-Men), Soo Lee (Carmilla, Star Wars: Tales from the Death Star), and Tim Seeley (Local Man, Hack/Slash) offered their opinions, and it’s safe to say that one theme definitely emerged as a frontrunner… and that Chicago’s restaurants and bars are likely to be very happy by the end of this weekend.
Watch Ashley’s video above, and keep your eyes on Popverse across the weekend for more from these creators on what it’s like to table in Artist’s Alley at C2E2!
