Prepare to fear the Jedi, as Star Wars turns our favorite heroes dark for High Republic finale

Lucasfilm and Marvel are partnering for a 2025 event called Star Wars: The High Republic - Fear the Jedi.

For every beginning, there's an ending - especially in Star Wars - and the multi-year, multi-medium storytelling project documenting what's known as 'The High Republic' is coming to an end. Now, we have a first look at one of the final chapters.

Star Wars: The High Republic co-creator Cavan Scott is returning to the franchise alongside veteran High Republic artist Marika Cresta for a new Marvel miniseries event subtitled, simply... Fear of the Jedi. Scheduled to launch in February 2025 from Marvel Comics, Star Wars: The High Republic - Fear the Jedi is framed as the beginning of a "... galaxy-spanning finale of the High Republic..."

"As fighting within the Nihil Occlusion Zone intensifies, Jedi Master Keeve Trennis is set upon a path that will change her life forever," reads Lucasfilm's description of Fear the Jedi.

In addition to Keeve Trennis, we've also confirmed Jedi Master Kelnacca will be in this storyline.

Star Wars: The High Republic - Fear the Jedi aligns with the third act of Star Wars: High Republic, titled 'Trials of the Jedi,' and coincides with the recent release of the Disney+ show The Acolyte - also set during these waning days of the High Republic.

Star Wars: The High Republic - Fear the Jedi #1 is scheduled to debut in February 2025.
