Deadpool & Wolverine's trailer has reignited the Lady Deadpool theories
This conversation won't die.

There's a lot to unpack in Deadpool & Wolverine's teaser trailer, but perhaps one of the most talked-about points online is how it might confirm the inclusion of Lady Deadpool.
We've already discussed the possible significance of that Secret Wars Easter egg and how Patch and Cassandra Nova may factor into the plot. Now, we're looking at the possibility of Lady Deadpool and maybe even the Deadpool Corps showing up at some point during Wade Wilson's multiversal journey. Below you can see the shot from the trailer responsible for reigniting conversation surrounding the character online:
The moment comes in around the 1:49 mark and shows Deadpool's hands shooting two Uzis (one of Lady's favorite weapons of choice) at once. It's a seemingly innocent shot, but there's reason to believe this indicates Lady Deadpool (played by an unknown actor) is part of the busy roster.
The eagle-eyed folks at Reddit are already pointing out Deadpool's gloves in that shot don't match, which by itself teases either a wardrobe change or the presence or at least one Wade Wilson variant. We already know Dogpool (yes, really) is in the movie, so at this point, more variants seem very very likely. Moreover, rumors of Lady Deadpool showing up played by a surprising someone have been floating around for a while now.
This entire conversation became even more active when director Shawn Levy and Taylor Swift were seen hanging out together last year, with some fans jumping to speculate that she could be playing either Lady Deadpool or Dazzler.
Likewise, Blake Lively (who happens to be Ryan Reynolds' wife) has obviously been circling the creative forces behind the movie for a while now too, plus she's enjoyed teasing and promoting the movie alongside her husband. Since she wasn't that vocal about Deadpool flicks in the past, it wouldn't come as a surprise to see her don the Deadpool suit and join her partner in kicking ass and chewing bubble gum.
