The long-anticipated first teaser for Deadpool 3, now titled Deadpool & Wolverine, has arrived, and there are many familiar faces as well as new ones in it. Here's the rundown of who's confirmed to be in the movie, the actors that haven't been shown yet, and the few casting rumors we maybe should pay attention to.
In the grand scheme of things, Deadpool & Wolverine has been designed and written to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but fans of the character's brief-but-fruitful Fox run can rest easy, as the first thing the teaser does is confirm that pretty much every major secondary character is returning. Does this mean they'll all have sizable roles? Probably not, especially with the new talent coming in. Let's break it all down below!
Who is in the Deadpool & Wolverine cast?
- Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson AKA Deadpool
- Hugh Jackman as Logan AKA Wolverine
- Emma Corrin as the lead villain (rumored to be Cassandra Nova)
- Morena Baccarin as Vanessa
- Rob Delaney as Peter
- Leslie Uggams as Blind Al

- Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead

Rumored actors and characters making a return include Jennifer Garner as Elektra Natchios, Liev Schreiber as Sabretooth, and Ray Park as Toad. Whether these inclusions turn out to be real or not, we're fully expecting this multiversal chapter in Deadpool's journey to be jam-packed with cameos from all over the Marvel multiverse. We'll be keeping this piece updated with all the confirmed casting news that emerge.
Deadpool & Wolverine will open in theaters worldwide on July 26, 2024. It's Marvel Studios' sole theatrical release this year.
