With every new season and update, Marvel Snap developers Second Dinner also roll out a few small updates to the meta. These changes are designed to help balance the game and make sure that cards work as they are intended. With the latest Captain America: Brave New World season in Marvel Snap, the developers have buffed and nerfed a few cards. If you’ve got any of these cards in your favorite deck, you’ll want to pay attention to these card changes in Marvel Snap’s latest season.

The Marvel Snap patch notes were released on social media shortly after the Captain America: Brave New World season was rolled out. None of the changes are drastic, but they do change how certain decks work – particularly the popular Move Bounce deck.

Here are all the changes in Marvel Snap’s latest patch to help you build the deck that works for you:

  • New text: 2/2 – When this moves to a location, +2 Power for each enemy card there.

Araña

  • New text: 1/2 – Activate: Give the next card you play +1 Power and move it to the right.

  • New text: 6/4 – On Reveal: Copy the enemy card(s) with the highest Power played this turn, but on your side.

Sandman

  • New text: 5/8 – On Reveal: Next turn, cards cost 1 more. (Maximum 6)

Ms. Marvel

  • New text: 4/5 – Ongoing: Your adjacent locations with 2+ cards and no repeated Costs have +5 Power.

Luna Snow

  • Old text: 3/5 – On Reveal: Add an Ice Cube to each side of this location.
  • New text: 3/6 – On Reveal: Add an Ice Cube to each side of this location.

These changes are based on how the most competitive players are using their decks and how Marvel Snap’s developers are seeing the game’s metadata as it happens. Some of these tweaks are designed to boost certain decks that have been surpassed by others, while others are designed to even the playing field of Marvel Snap. Expect more changes as Second Dinner is able to see how these boosts and nerfs in Marvel Snap impact play.
