Everyone has one: a dream project that — should the opportunity arise — they would drop almost everything else in their calendar (and, for some, their personal life — but we call those people workaholics and we’re definitely not one of those people) to get to do. But the great thing about dream projects is that they’re so individual. What one person’s dream project is may be completely unexpected, or entirely surreal to anyone else.
So why don’t we ask some comic book creators what their dream projects are?
At San Diego Comic-Con 2024, Popverse video producer Ashley Victoria Robinson did that very thing for her https://www.thepopverse.com/topics/artists-alley-asks Artist Alley Asks series, popping the question — well, this question — to none other than Jonboy Meyers (Spawn, Spider-Man), Erik Burnham (Ghostbusters, TMNT: Saturday Morning Adventures), Mirka Andolpho (Punchline, Mercy), Dustin Nguyen (Lil Gotham, Descender), video game artist David Tran, and Sean “Cheeks” Galloway Cheeks (Deadpool, Wolverine). What did they say? Well, for the answer to that, you’ll have to watch the video above. But we will say that someone from Lucasfilm should get Burnham on the phone at their earliest opportunity.
