Watch the official Dragon Ball DAIMA panel from NYCC 2024!

The Dragon Ball anime's big new series is also its smallest - watch the show's full New York Comic Con 2024 panel here.

The new anime series Dragon Ball: DAIMA is taking Akira Toriyama's classic manga-turned-anime and turning it on its head (and shrinking it) - all being done not just with the permission of its creator, but with it being the last major Dragon Ball story he wrote and designed. And as the series debuted in Japan and began airing on both Crunchyroll and Netflix, Toei Animation hosted an official Dragon Ball: DAIMA panel recently at New York Comic Con 2024.

And if you missed it, well.... we got you covered. We filmed the entire thing, so you can watch as Dragon Ball executive producer Akio Iyoku and Bulma English-language voice actor Monica Rial (and some surprise guests who we won't spoil here!) talk about the series as its in the midst of its first season.

The Dragon Ball: Daima Special panel is one of dozens of panels Popverse filmed during New York Comic Con 2024, and we are sharing them week-by-week here on our website. Some, like this Dragon Ball panel, will be free for everyone to watch, but a majority will be for Popverse members only - part of a ginormous ream of panel videos and other amazing things we create and share exclusively for members. Go over here to find out more about becoming a Popverse member.

But before you do any of that, you'll want to watch the full Dragon Ball: DAIMA panel from NYCC 2024 here:
