Oscar Isaac would *love* to do Ru Paul's Drag Race, and even has his drag name already picked out
You may know Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron or Moon Knight, but the actor says he also goes by another name, one he's had since he started doing drag years ago

You know him as Moon Knight, Poe Dameron, or, if you're a real one, Llewyn Davis. But of the many roles that Oscar Isaac has played in his storied career, there's one that he apparently hasn't gotten the chance to tackle. That is, one of RuPaul's Drag Queens. All the way back in 2022, actor Isaac appeared at New York Comic Con, where he revealed not only his willingness (eagerness?) to be on the show, but his history with drag and, much to the delight of the crowd, his drag name.
The subject came up towardthe end of the panel, during the audience Q&A section. "I know you're a huge RuPaul Drag Race fan," said one excited fan, who was dressed as a Drag Queen Maleficent, "Would you ever grace the stage of Drag Race as a judge, or maybe a contestant? And what would be your drag name?"
"Yes and yes," said Isaac, "First of all." And the crowd, as they say, went wild. When the noise calmed down, Isaac continued.
"I was doing drag at a very early age," he recounted, "My sister named me Raisin. So I think I have to stick with Raisin, because Raisin is my name."
Just saying, we'd watch the hell out of Raisin's performance on the upcoming season of Ru Paul's Drag Race. And though we're. sure Mr. Isaac has some pretty concrete ideas on what she'd look like, we wouldn't hate of some of his history with franchise characters eventually inspired a look or two.
For example, that Apocalypse get-up could stand a yassifiying.
