Daredevil: Born Again gets a release date at NYCC: Here’s when the anticipated Disney+ show releases

Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio made a surprise appearance at New York Comic Con 2024 to announce the release date of Daredevil: Born Again

Don't miss New York Comic Con 2024, happening October 17 through 20. Popverse is here all four days, immersing ourselves in the pop culture party full of vendors, events, and celebrities from the worlds of comics, movies, TV, gaming, and more.

My fellow Daredevil fans: the wait is drawing to a close. The upcoming Daredevil: Born Again show for Disney+ now has a release date. And it’s never been a better time to go back to Hell’s Kitchen.

At New York Comic Con 2024, Vincent D’Onofrio and Charlie Cox made a surprise appearance at the Marvel Fanfare panel to announce that Daredevil: Born Again will release on Disney+ on March 4, 2025. Daredevil: Born Again will consist of 9 episodes, and will feature tons of brutal action. The trailer for Born Again was also played at the panel, where beloved characters from the Daredevil Netflix show like Bullseye (sans his comic book costume) and a bearded Punisher could be seen.

Daredevil: Born Again has been in gestation for the past couple of years. Unlike the original Netflix show, Born Again shot extensively on location in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood in Manhattan. This will lend a greater sense of realism to the story, as Hell’s Kitchen has a very specific skyline that’s recognizable with all of its rooftop water towers.

Daredevil: Born Again will debut on March 4, 2025 on Disney+.
