The Addams Family & Burger King are partnering for Halloween 2024 - here's what's on the macabre menu

The Addams Family are making your favorite Burger King items significantly more creepy, spooky, mysterious, ooky, etc.; and we're breaking down their (limited-time only!) concoctions

Blood-curtling brand alliances should be familiar to the modern Halloweener - from Elvira's years as Budweiser's Queen of Halloween to the Treehouse of Horror/Butterfinger alliance. This year, the Home of the Whopper is becoming something of a Haunted House, as Burger King partners with America's favorite clan of creeps, The Addams Family. First reported by BusinessWire, Wednesday, Morticia, and the rest have created a limited-time only menu just for this Halloween season, and Popverse is here to let you know what's on it.

Wednesday's Whopper

At the centerpiece of this terrifying tableau is Wednesday's whopper, named of course for The Addams Family's breakout darling and Netflix star. You'll notice that the Wednesday whopper buns are a rich, Edgar-Allan-Poe-purple, a hue achieved with actual purple potatoes in the recipe. Also sneaking onto the burger is a slice of swiss cheese, though we're not 100% sure what that has to do with Halloween. We have some theories but they're, *ahem*, full of holes.

Morticia's Kooky Chocolate Shake

What's Halloween without brightly-colored chocolate delights? I shudder to know the answer, and thanks to this twist on BK's regular chocolate shake, I can stay ignorant. Morticia's Kooky Chocolate Shake stuffs the creamy desert with chocolate cake batter fudge and tops it purple and black cookie pieces, proving itself worthy of the very complex Addams' matriarch's name.

It's also, if we're being honest, just as likely to kill you.

Gomez's Churro Fries

The Addams's doting father and passionately-loving husband gets his moment to shine with a box of hot, cinnamonny, crispy churros - conveniently served in a fry box. Add to that a chocolate dipping sauce and you have a perfect pairing for any of the aforementioned selections. In fact, Gomez's special item would probably go great dipped into Morticia's!

Ah, wait.

Thing's Rings

And finally, the Addams's pet hand Thing is immortalized at Burger King with a special order of... just regular onion rings? Huh. We kind of thought there'd be more to it than that. Thing's picture is on the box, I guess? Shouldn't have ended with this one.

The Addams Family Halloween menu is at participating Burger King locations right now, along with the special Addams BK crown that you can snag with your meal. But Halloween season won't be here forever, so if you want to try any of the items from this festive feast, you should go soon.

Unless, you know, you just want onion rings.
