Avengers: Doomsday adds Black Panther star Winston Duke to its star-studded cast
No fear, M'Baku is here to help represent Wakanda in Doomsday

In a thrilling twist of events, Letitia Wright's Shuri will not be the only Wakandan character in Avengers: Doomsday. A few minutes ago, Marvel Studios's live stream of the cast for Avengers: Doomsday revealed Winston Duke's name, joining the likes of Kelsey Grammer, Sebastian Stan, Simu Liu, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, and more.
We last saw Winston Duke as M'Baku, the leader of the Jabari tribe of Wakanda, in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. In the wake of King T'Challa's death, M'Baku had become an important mentor to T'Challa's younger sister, Shuri, who goes through unimaginable grief over the course of the film. Beyond Duke's charisma that he brings to the role, we love M'Baku in this house of Popverse for his lack of ego and willingness to provide a supportive role to Shuri, as opposed to trying to take the Black Panther mantle for himself.
Now, we are left wondering: where is Daniel Kaluuya's character, W'Kabi? We miss him and his pack of rhinos.
