Is Infinity Castle the last arc?

No, Infinity Castle isn't the final arc of the Demon Slayer manga. As you might have gleaned from the title however, the Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle movie trilogy will adapt this last two arcs of the manga - Infinity Castle and Sunrise Countdown - into three movies.

Sure, you could think of the Infinity Castle movie trilogy as season 5 of Demon Slayer, though the story isn't told in television form. The events of the films are set after the events of season 4 of Demon Slayer, and are the next part of the Demon Slayer timeline. Ufotable, the anime studio behind Demon Slayer, chose to adapt the final part of the manga in movie form, versus in a television season. 

What is the Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle release date?

Currently, we don't have an exact date for when the first Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle film will be released. Crunchyroll has announced that the first film will be out sometime in 2025. Which chapters of the manga is Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle based on?

The Infinity Castle arc from the Demon Slayer manga spans chapters 140 through 183. However, Chapter 183 is not the final chapter of the Demon Slayer manga. There's another arc of the Demon Slayer manga that follows the Infinity Castle arc, containing the manga's conclusion as well as its epilogue chapter. This arc is contained in chapters 184 through 205 - and called Sunrise Countdown.
