Are you having trouble picking out your next book or putting together a vibes playlist? Let Tom Hiddleston help! While the Marvel Studios actor can’t accompany you to the local library, or sit with you while you scroll through Spotify, he can still help give you some great recommendations.

During a spotlight panel at Megacon 2024, Tom Hiddleston was asked what kind of art he’s been consuming lately, which led to a book recommendation.

“Over the holidays I started reading Heat 2. It’s great,” Hiddleston said. The book is a sequel to a 1995 crime film. Back in 2015, Hiddleston impressed Robert De Niro by doing an impression of one of the actor’s scenes in the movie.

Later on during the spotlight panel, Hiddleston was asked to recommend three songs everyone should have on their playlist. “No pressure,” Hiddleston replied, as he agonized over his choices.

Rose Rogue by St Germain. I’m listening to it a lot. It’s fantastic. It’s kind of a jazz thing,” Hiddleston said. “Contact by Daft Punk. Fantastic.”

For the third choice, he wanted to go deeper. “Goodness, put me on the spot here. I’m trying to think of an obscure one that you haven’t heard of,” Hiddleston said.

Teardrops by Womack and Womack,” he finally said.

Hiddleston promised that all these tracks were “bangers.” There you have it…now you have everything you need to make the perfect Loki playlist. Enjoy!
