In town for New York Comic Con 2024? The greatest city in the world bids you a hearty welcome! (Don't walk four to a line on the sidewalk and we won't have any problems.) There's already so much you're going to see just by being at the Javits Center on the West Side of Manhattan, but if you want to dive even deeper into the paradise of pop culture that is NYC, Popverse has put together this handy guide of famous filming locations to visit while you're visiting NYC. Take pics at the Daily Bugle from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man - 175 Fifth Avenue

Marvel mania is going to be all over the Show Floor at the Javits, but if you simply can't get enough of their most popular character, might we suggest you visit the Flatiron Building? You may recognize it as the Daily Bugle Headquarters from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy. No, the Bugle's logo isn't emblazoned on its side, but if you stand really close, legend says you can hear an angry newspaper editor demanding pictures from a lazy kid named Parker...

See the Arconia from Only Murders in the Building - 225 West 86th Street

It's probably a good thing that the Arconia is not a real building because of, you know, its tendency to attract murderers. But if you still want to step into (admittedly less bloody) footsteps of Charles, Oliver, and Mabel, you can do it just by catching a train uptown to The Belnord, the building where Only Murders in the Building's exterior shots are filmed. Just don't expect to meet any actual murderers on your way there.

Provided, of course, you avoid the Times Square Elmo.

Check in to Ghostbusters Headquarters - 14 North Moore St

Maybe there's no murders at the Only Murders building, but who's to say there's no ghosts at Ghostbusters HQ? Yes, the famous firehouse that Peter Venkman, Raymond Stantz, Egon Spengler, and Winston Zeddemore converted into a Hub of the Haunted is indeed just off Manhattan's famous Canal Street, and it's the second scariest location you can visit if you happen to be here around Halloween.

Go to church with the (Dare)devil - 61 Gramercy Park North

Speaking New York crime stories, you don't have to be satisfied with only getting a look at Spider-Man's digs; his buddy Daredevil travels around these parts as well. Specifically, you can head to The Parish of Calvary-St. George's church in Gramercy to get a look at where Matt Murdock spent some important recovery time in season 3 of his Netflix series. Just be warned - if you see a giant bald guy in a tailored white jacket, maybe keep your distance.

Follow in Buddy the Elf's footsteps (skates?) at 30 Rock - 30 Rockefeller Plaza

Murderers, ghosts, and and supervillains aren't all New York has to offer (at least outside of the Lower East Side, HEYO!), there are plenty of happy memories you can revisit here by seeing where they were filmed. Case in point, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, home to Saturday Night Live, the Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting, and of course, the famous Rink at Rockefeller Center, where Buddy the Elf and his future love Jovie had their first date. Take a lesson from Buddy, though, and don't trust everyone around there dressed as Santa Claus.

Especially if they ask you about a naughty list.

I'll be there (at the Friends apartment) for you - 90 Bedford Street

So "no one" told you life was gonna be this way? WRONG! I'm telling you right now: you can spend at least a little bit of life visiting the exterior location of the Friends apartment, located in NYC's beautiful Greenwich Village. No, there's no real Central Perk, (and it wouldn't even make sense if there were - Central Park is literally miles away) but the coffee around there is delicious, and the cats at least plausibly smelly.

Learn "How You Know" from Enchanted - Central Park, Bow Bridge

And speaking of Central Park, the last but not least suggestion we've got for you here is its scenic Bow Bridge, the location of the massive "That's How You Know" dance number from Disney's Enchanted. Bringing this thing full circle, it's also where MJ breaks up with Peter in Spider-Man 3, so this could be either a really happy place or really sad place depending on how you look at it.

Then again, I guess if you hate musicals, it's a tragedy either way. But look, there's swans!
