Here's when you can expect Night Court season 3 to arrive on NBC
The Night Court revival is returning for another new season, and here's when you can expect it to begin.
Court will soon be in session once again, as the Night Court revival is returning for season 3. A revival of the beloved sitcom of the same name that ran from 1985 through 1992, Night Court follows the daughter of the late Judge Harry Stone, who returns to New York City to fill the position once held by her father, night shift judge at the Manhattan Criminal Court.
Here's who you can expect to see on the show when the third season arrives:
- Melissa Rauch as Abby Stone
- Lacretta as Donna "Gurgs" Gurganous
- John Larroquette as Dan Fielding
- Wendie Malick as Julianne Walters
- Nyambi Nyambi as Wyatt Shaw
- Ryan Hansen as Jake
Malick has been bumped up to series regular after previously appearing as a guest star. She will fill the vacancy left by India de Beaufort as Olivia, the assistant district attorney who is assigned to Raunch's court. In May 2024, de Beaufort announced her departure from the series concurrently with the announcement that Night Court would be returning for a third season.
Night Court season 3 will be 18 episodes long. The Night Court season 3 premiere is scheduled to air on NBC on November 19, 2024 at 9:30 PM and for streaming on Peacock the next day. Will you be answering the summons?
