The developers of Marvel Snap have gotten into the holiday spirit this year with the return of the Deadpool’s Diner feature to the popular mobile game. The feature has a couple of different mechanics that make it fun to dive into between regular matches, but they can be off-putting for new Marvel Snap players. Fortunately, we’re here to help.

With Deadpool’s Diner set to return to Marvel Snap from November 21 – December 3, 2024, here is everything you need to know about this unique event.

What is Deadpool’s Diner in Marvel Snap?

Deadpool’s Diner is a limited-time event in Marvel Snap that allows players to earn new cards and other rewards. What new cards are on offer during the upcoming season? Here are the cards that have been announced as part of Deadpool’s Diner so far:

  • King Eitri
  • Jane Foster – Andrea Guardino Variant

How to play Deadpool’s Diner in Marvel Snap

You play Deadpool’s Diner the same way you would any other Marvel Snap match, with a small twist. Instead of risking your ranking with each game, you’ll be risking your stack of Bubs. Think of Bubs as poker chips, allowing you to take part in increasingly high-stakes matches, all themed around different dishes. The bigger the plate, the more Bubs you need to take part and the more you have to lose or gain at the end.

Unlike in normal matches, where players can double the stakes up to twice per match, Deadpool’s Diner has a unique automatic Snap feature. After the third, fourth, and fifth rounds of any match, the stakes double. Players can then Snap as usual, allowing the number of Bubs on offer to end up at five times the starting pot. This is high-risk/ high-reward Marvel Snap gameplay, but don’t worry about losing here impacting your rank in the main game. Deadpool’s Diner has a totally separate ladder system so you won’t lose your ranking for a couple of bad hands.

How do you get Bubs in Deadpool’s Diner?

Look, it happens; you get a little overconfident and end up risking your entire stack of Bubs on a bad hand. Don’t worry, because you’re not locked out of Deadpool’s Diner for the rest of the event. There are a few ways to get more Bubs and get back on the tables.

  • Win matches to earn more Bubs – This is a good option if you have a few Bubs left in your wallet.
  • Wait for your Bubs to regenerate – Just like Wolverine himself, Bubs have a habit of coming back. By default, you have to wait eight hours for your Bubs to refill in Marvel Snap, but higher tiers can unlock items that shorten that time significantly.
  • Buy Bubs for Real Money – Bubs can be purchased with Gold from the Bub-Mart. Gold can be purchased with real money or by earning it as a reward for climbing to a higher tier in the main Marvel Snap ladder.

How long will Deadpool’s Diner be around this time?

Just like the last time, Deadpool’s Diner isn’t around for long. The limited-time event will only be open in Marvel Snap from November 22 – December 3, so you’ll need to get in early to get the top-ranked rewards. Trust Deadpool to open up just in time for Thanksgiving, right?
