Accused season 2 release date: Here's when the topical crime show returns to Fox

The premiere of the sophomore season of the topical criminal drama anthology series is just around the corner.


Are you excited for the premiere of Accused season 2 on Fox? Like the previous season, the second season of is a crime anthology series features a different thrilling case and cast in each episode. Read on for all you need to know about when Accused season 2 will debut on Fox.

Because of the show’s anthology format, you can expect lots of exciting cast members in season 2. These include:

  • Nick Cannon as Marcus
  • Patrick J. Adams
  • Jerrika Hinton
  • William H. Macy
  • Felicity Huffman
  • Taylor Schilling as April
  • Justin Chambers
  • Danny Pino
  • Michael Chiklis

Not too many details have been revealed about Accused season 2, but hints about a few episodes have been released. Cannon, Adams and Hinton will appear in an episode called “Marcus’ Story.” Meanwhile, Chambers, Pino and Schilling will appear in an episode entitled “April’s Story,” about a nurse whose criminal activities catches up with her.

While it was originally scheduled to premiere on an earlier date, the second season debut was subsequently delayed due to the Vice Presidential debate. Now, Accused season 2 will premiere on October 8, 2024 at 8 pm. If you want to catch up with the show’s first season in the meantime, those episodes are currently available to stream on Hulu.
