The wait is still on for the next season of Outlander, but at least Sam Heughan is in a new project that is finally getting its US release this month. Channel 4’s The Couple Next Door series is coming over to the States and will be released by STARZ. In addition to Heughan, the show features Alfred Enoch, Eleanor Tomlinson, and Jessica De Gouw.

The Couple Next Door will be released on STARZ on January 17, 2025. In case you’ve been looking for a reminder of why suburbia can feel disquieting to some, then The Couple Next Door is here to help you out. STARZ has released a trailer for the show which you can watch below.

The show was originally released in the UK in 2023 by Channel 4, and a second season of the show, featuring a new cast, was announced last year. It’s not currently known when season 2 of the show will be released.

Currently, Outlander fans are waiting for the eighth and final season of the show. Outlander has been part of STARZ’s lineup since 2014, and it’s carved out a dedicated fan base since then. On that show, Sam Heughan plays Jamie Fraser, a warrior from the Scottish Highlands.

The Couple Next Door will be released on January 17, 2025 on STARZ.
