Ever since Yukinobu Tatsu's manga series Dandadan (called Dan Da Dan now in English) began in 2021, there were hopes of an anime adaptation. This time last year plans were announced, and now that a release date for the Dan Da Dan anime TV series is set for October 3 - we are beginning to find out more about the English-language version of the show.

"I still can’t believe I get to be part of such a cool project and work off of the dynamic performance of Ayane Sakura!" says English dub voice actor Lisa Reimold. "All of us are really putting in our all to make this show incredible, so I know you're definitely in good hands with Abby and AJ as Momo and Okarun in the dub."
Dan Da Dan: First Encounters opens in North American theaters September 13, with the series itself debuting October 3 on Crunchyroll.
