Here’s the cast for The Rings of Power season 2 (so far)

Wondering who we know will appear in the Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power's second season? Wonder no more.

In Rings of Power season 2, viewers are invited to return to Middle-earth once more. Based primarily on the appendices of J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, the story is set millenia before Middle-earth’s Second Age. Directed by Charlotte Brändström, Sanaa Hamri, and Louise Hooper and with a score composed by Bear McCreary, the seasons sees the Dark Lord Sauron gaining power and creating additional Rings.

Between filming Rings of Power seasons 1 and 2, the production moved from New Zealand to the United Kingdom. Most of the show’s international cast returned for the sophomore season. The first three episodes of The Rings of Power season 2 are schedule to be released for streaming on Prime Video beginning on August 29, 2024.
