If you were a kid back in the 2000s, you could not escape The Fairly OddParents. That show's cultural impact was undeniable. The show is centered on a kid named Timmy Turner, who has fairy godparents named Cosmo and Wanda who must grant his every wish. What could go wrong? Well, a lot.
For more than fifteen years, The Fairly OddParents was a programming mainstay for Nickelodeon before the show ended in 2017. A sequel series creatively titled The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder was released on Paramount+ in 2022, however it has since been removed from the streamer. But don't fear! A new series called The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish features a new kid named Hazel Wells. With that out of the way, let's get into how you can watch The Fairly OddParents.

How to watch The Fairly OddParents in chronological order:
Now, you have likely noticed that there's quite a discrepancy with Timmy Turner's age between the animated Fairly OddParents shows and the live-action show and movies. I also think it's weird that Drake Bell played a live-action version of the character for the movies when Timmy was supposed to be 10 years old in the animated show. But anyways, with this in mind, I put together a loose chronological watch order for the show. The Fairly Odder live-action show features Timmy shortly before he goes off to college, while the Grow Up, Timmy Turner! movie shows Bell's Timmy at age 23 but still in the 5th grade. Yeah, it's a doozy.

Why does Timmy wear pink?
The reason in the show for why Timmy Turner wears his pink outfit is because his parents were expecting a daughter when his mother was pregnant with him. But let's also remember that pink was a men's color during the 19th century in the Western world, and colors inherently aren't gendered.
Did Timmy Turner ever grow up?
Yes, Timmy Turner did grow up. The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder shows that he went to college at Princeton University. So good job, Timmy.
Why is Timmy not in A New Wish?
Timmy Turner is not in The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish because he's off living his best life, and does not need Cosmo and Wanda anymore. There's no concrete explanation for what happened to Timmy, which leaves viewers with room to decide what his fate is.
Why was Sparky removed?
Sparky the dog was removed from The Fairly OddParents reportedly due to poor fan reception of the character. As a result, Sparky only appears in season 9.
Who is the big chin in The Fairly OddParents?
Timmy's favorite superhero is The Crimson Chin, who sports, in addition to his red outfit, a massive chin. He's even voiced by Jay Leno, a very famous chin-haver.
