Murdoch Mysteries season 18 release date: The long-running detective series returns to Acorn TV

We all love a good mystery here at Popverse, and we suspect that you're no different. If you've been looking for a new period detective drama to hop into, look no further than Murdoch Mysteries. It's time to get your Edwardian on, because we're jumping back to early 1900s Toronto. 

Season 18 of Murdoch Mysteries will begin streaming on February 10, 2025 on Acorn TV. New episodes will drop every Monday, with this season totaling 22 episodes in total. This season will also feature a number of guest stars such as Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, who you may have seen on shows like The Mandalorian and Kim's Convenience. 

Murdoch Mysteries tells the story of one Detective William Murdoch, played by Yannick Bisson, who incorporates cutting-edge forensic science to uncover the truth behind his city's wildest crimes. The TV series is based off of the novels by Maureen Jennings, and has been running since 2008. You can get caught up on the 17 preceding seasons of Murdoch Mysteries now on Acorn TV. 

Season 18 of Murdoch Mysteries will begin on February 10, 2025 on Acorn TV.
