I am a simple man: I see Sterling K. Brown, I watch. Brown is now starring in a Hulu series called Paradise. It is anything but paradise for Brown’s character, however; in the series, he plays a security guard protecting the life of a US President, played by James Marsden.

Paradise will begin streaming on Hulu on January 28, 2025. The series was created by Dan Fogelman, who created This is Us, a show that Brown received critical acclaim for. Hulu has released a teaser trailer for the series, which you can watch below.

James Marsden is back in the saddle playing an American President. Previously, the actor played John F. Kennedy in Lee Daniels’s film, The Butler. Perhaps this won’t be the actor’s final time playing a President.

While the exact plot details of Paradise still remain murky, there is enough intrigue in the show’s teaser trailer to get us hooked. It also doesn’t hurt that Hulu has assembled a solid cast with this series. Seeing Marsden’s President Bradford smoking a cigarette definitely raises an eyebrow. We can suppose that all will be revealed, once Paradise begins streaming.

Paradise will be released on Hulu on January 28, 2025.
