Righteous Gemstones season 4 release window: It's the end of an era for Walton Goggins's HBO televangelist show

While we always want more Walton Goggins in everything, the fourth season of The Righteous Gemstones will also be the finale for the HBO show

Years ago I had a screenwriting professor tell me that the Vikings would bang their beer mugs on the table whenever they had a good meal, to signal that they wanted "more." I have no way of verifying this, because every time I put this into Google, it gives me results about Minnesota Vikings football fans being unhinged. Nevertheless, centuries later, I am carrying on this legacy by constantly banging my fist on the table, imploring the universe for more Walton Goggins productions.

And that brings us to season 4 of The Righteous Gemstones. Currently, The Righteous Gemstones season 4 is set to premiere on HBO in March 2025. An exact release date has not been announced yet, but be sure to keep up with us here at Popverse. We'll have all the details once they drop. Until then, you can watch this hilarious promo video for Baby Billy's Elixir.

Danny McBride, the star and creator of the HBO series, revealed to Variety that the fourth season of the show would be its final outing. And that's too bad! But I suppose all good things must end. And the Lord (McBride) has spoken.

The Righteous Gemstones is a comedy-drama that centers on a televangelist Gemstone family, whose motivations for running the family business are anything other than holy. The show features the talents of Goggins, McBride, John Goodman, Adam Devine, and Edi Patterson. You can catch the first three seasons of the show on Max now.

The Righteous Gemstones season 4 will premiere on HBO in March 2025.
