Middle-earth is abuzz with excitement over the return of The Lord of Rings: The Rings of Power, which is about to come back for its sophomore season on Prime Video on August 29. But don’t just take our word for it — listen to the people who live there, instead.

Robinson had the chance to talk to the cast of the fantasy show at San Diego Comic-Con 2024, and in the video above, you’ll see her interviewing — deep breath — Morfydd Clark (Galadriel), Charlie Vickers (Halbrand/Sauron), Daniel Weyman (The Stranger), Charles Edwards (Celebrimbor), Benjamin Walker (High King Gil-Galad), Maxim Baldry (Isildur), Megan Richards (Poppy Proudfellow), Ismael Cruz Córdova (Arondir), and Sophia Nomvete (Princess Disa), asking them about their season 2 character arcs, the experience of getting to see the trailer for the new season in a room with 6000 other people (Hall H is big, you guys), and whether or not they were each fitted for rings as soon as they joined the cast.
