In December, streamer Hulu is bringing the laughs to an audience that could sorely use some right now, as well as a handful of thrillers to folks who'd rather focus on fictional worries than real ones. What's coming to Hulu in December 2024

Comedy, blessed comedy, is at the forefront of what Hulu's got in store for its December subscribers. Broad City co-creator Ilana Glazer and Hacks creator Joe Mande are both taking the stage for Hulu-exclusive comedy specials, titled Human Magic and CHILL, respectively. The variety series Don't Tell Comedy, which films surprise specials at comedy clubs across America, is also up to the mic this month, with a new batch of hilarious episodes.

But if you'd rather fight fire with fire, you can distract from the real-world's many, many worries with a couple of spine-tingling stressers coming to Hulu this month. The Dan Stevns-starring Cuckoo is probably the most well-known example, but there's supernatural horror The Inheritance and true-crime doc Wild Crime on the docket as well. 

Oh, I guess that last one actually is real-world horror. Sorry about that.
