Win or Lose: When Pixar's new franchise debuts on Disney+

Mark your calendar with the release date for Win or Lose on Disney+

There’s a new Pixar Animation series headed to Disney+. In Win or Lose, audiences will follow the perspectives of eight different characters in the week leading up to the big middle school softball game. Below are the details on when you can expect to stream the show on Disney+, plus everything else we’ve found out about the series so far.

Taking a page from the Lost style of storytelling, each of the eight episodes of Win or Lose will be told from the perspective of a different character. According to the press release, this will include “the insecure kids, their helicopter parents, even a lovesick umpire.” And the story is promised to be “incredibly funny, very emotional” and offer “uniquely animated perspectives.”

Curious who will be lending their voices to the animated series? The cast will include:

  • Will Forte as Coach Dan
  • Kyliegh Curran as Taylor
  • Izaac Wang as Yuwen
  • Josh Thomson as Frank
  • Milan as Rochelle
  • Jo Firestone as Sweaty
  • Erin Keif as Lena
  • Rosanna Jean Foss as Laurie
  • Orion Tran as Little Yuwen
  • Ian Chen

When can you expect to see the show for yourself? Episodes of Win or Lose begin to roll out on Disney+ beginning on February 19, 2025. Are you heading to the diamond when the new Pixar Animation series arrives?
