After Shazam, Zachary Levi is looking at returning to Chuck with "recent" movie meetings confirmed

During a panel at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo 2023, Levi answered a fan question about the hit series, describing what he'd want out of a feature film.

Fresh off the release of Shazam! Fury of the Gods, Zachary Levi was at C2E2 2023 to chat about his favorite roles. It was only a few moments into the panel when fan favorite TV series Chuck came up, met by an excited response from the crowd. More exciting, however, was Levi’s response: according to the actor, talks about a Chuck feature film are ongoing.

At around the eight-minute mark of the panel, Levi said that conversations involving a film happened in “recent meetings." Along with this tantalizing detail, the Chuck actor spoke about the finale of the show, saying that, like many fans, he felt a little “*fart noise* about the ending.” If a movie was made, said Levi, one of the goals would be to address Sarah’s amnesia and find a different way to wrap up her and Chuck’s story.

Before he moved on, Levi told the crowd that a movie would require a whole lot of fan love... and a couple producers. "I'm gonna need all you guys to tweet them like crazy," said the actor. We don't know who "they" are, but they better check their mentions.
